We released USAGI snapshot on 29th August, 2005.
The tarballs and patches will soon be available on our ftp site
and mirror sites.

* kernel/linux26/net/core/neighbour.c: clean-up.
- remove unused member, notifier, from neigh_sysctl_table{}.
- remove unused and even evil export, neigh_app_notify.
