I've put it up on github: https://github.com/larsimmisch/capisuite/

It works with mISDN and compiles and installs fine on Debian. For mISDN, I have used the repositories from git.misdn.eu.

I haven't done extensive tests, but the built-in answering machine works (takes calls, plays/records files, detects silence, etc.)
