avmfritz with new capi20 tools on archlinux

Hi,
I try to get an avmfritz fcpci card to get running with capi4hylafax on
archlinux.
modprobe capi
modprobe kernelcapi
modprobe avmfritz
starting mISDNcapid

The SpoolDirectory is /var/spool/hylafax.
Changed to effective user "uucp" and group "uucp" succesfully.
CAPI not installed, started or have no access rights on it!

Device "faxCAPI" can't start any threads needed for receiving faxes!

am I missing something?
I want to kick finally fcpci and fcpcmcia drivers from our repos.
capi4k-utils is probably also obsolete then.
