default kernel-mISDN and high cpu-load by ksoftirqd

Hi all,

I had problems with high cpu-load from ksoftirqd for the last years 
caused by mISDN_dsp. I always used standard-Kernels distributed with 
debian or ubuntu up to 12.04 lts. Today I compiled mISDN from git and 
the problem disappeared - at least for about 12 hours.
Maybe there is someone to crosscheck this and able to fix this for the 
kernel-distributed mISDN_dsp module.
