How do you know that this issue is not an asterisk case ?!
Do you have a "white noise" in the line or is it just loud ?!

The volume can be handled through asterisk with the chan_lcr config
variables for sure.

Why don't you figure out to get some debug informations for the mISDN
people and post it on pastebin for the developers to have a look on it
to figure out if it's a chan_lcr coding issue or just asterisk tweaks to
accomplish?!

I don't believe that the developers will make for YOU (as they did not
for me) a solution.

Until it is resolved, why don't you get yourself a cheap HFC-S board for
10.- € and search for the problem instead for hoping that somebody does
for you something on the quick line ?!
