i have tried it but i think i got it messed up.
-first of all do i need to have the setup in genextension 501 1 
00302108967542 for each extension and msn?
-the extensions.conf
exten => _X.,n,Set(CALLERPRES()=allowed)
exten => _X.,n,Set(CALLERID(num)=*302114008801*)
exten => _X.,n,Dial(LCR/dialout/${EXTEN}/eoslec(deftaps=256):s:t)
exten => _X.,n,Goto(Dstat,s-${DIALSTATUS},1)

if i do that all extensions go out with *302114008801. *how do i 
separate each extension to have its own msn on the outgoing call?
-the lcr:
  [dialout]
  earlyb yes
  screen-in international % unknown 00%
  screen-in national % unknown 0%
  screen-out unknown % national %
  portnum 1
  nodtmf
  ptp
portnum 2
  nodtmf
  ptp
  portnum 3
  nodtmf
  ptp


is that for the extensions.conf? also my isdn is in ptmp not ptp.
-the exten => _X.,n,Set(CALLERPRES()=prohib) how do you set it up for a 
particular extension eg 504?
