I don´t use any extensions in lcr. All stuff is done with asterisk.

I also have the following things configured in lcr to route everything
from and to asterisk.
You need to change it to maybe ptp ?
routing.conf
[main]
interface=dialin        : remote application=asterisk context=Extern
interface=dialout       : remote application=asterisk context=MSN
#interface=Int          : remote application=asterisk context=default
interface=Int           : outdial interfaces=dialin

and also in interface.conf for ptp port

[dialin]
earlyb yes
screen-in international % unknown 00%
screen-in national % unknown 0%
screen-in subscriber % unknown 02207%
portnum 4
nodtmf
layer2hold yes
ptp

my extensions for this in asterisk look similar to this.(You need to
change to you needs. This are just hints.)

[default]
;Für Tbox direkt abfragen
exten =>
08003302424,1,Dial(LCR/dialin/08003302424/:s:t,40,D(ww0w0wwwwwwwww3w3w2w3w))
.....
