Dear ArnoldThanks a lot for taking the time to feedback on my issue.Unfortunately I dont use the PCI board but a USB adapter (hfcsusb). My problem is not the complete loss of sound as the linked topic says. Evrything seems working fine EXCEPT there is no dialtone when "lifting" the ISDN extension. Diatone comes fine when on pure LCR (without Asterisk) but when bridging with Asterisk & chan_lcr, dialtone is not heard at all. As said using ths latest LCR 1.14 (?) - Asterisk 11 and Ubuntu 14 with downgraded kernel 3.10.I feel desperate about this. Even asked the LCR developer by private email for this but no reply yet (on offence)
I think to go and test earlier LCR versions to see if the problem is still there as most probebly chan_lcr is the culprit.
Any other help is very welcome.

Hello Gianni,
do you use the hfcpci card driver? Maybe you ran into this problem:

Seems this is not fixed yet in mainline kernel.
Comiling and testing today, I got the same symptoms as you got. Patching
the driver sources in the kernel (3.10.49) helped.
Cheers
