mISDNuser patch discussion?

Hello,

I'm Christoph Schulz, and I am developing for the fli4l project, a  
router distribution (mostly) for PC-like hardware (see  
http://www.fli4l.de/ for details). Traditionally, as the users of  
fli4l come mostly from Germany, ISDN was an important technology fli4l  
had to support. Although the need for ISDN has decreased in the past  
years, there are still users who use ISDN a) as a fallback in case DSL  
does not work (for whatever reason), i.e. PPP-over-ISDN, and/or b) for  
sending/receiving faxes. (There are more use cases, but these two are  
the most important ones.)

As the i4l subsystem in the Linux kernel has been deprecated for years  
(there was even a proposal to move the i4l core to staging in early  
2016), I took the challenge and tried to integrate mISDN into fli4l.  
For the last two weeks, I have configured and tested the various use  
cases (PPP, fax), using mISDN hardware drivers and the mISDN  
user-space tools together with pppd and capiplugin. In this time, I  
found some mISDNcapid and isdn4linux shortcomings which I was able to  
fix such that PPP and fax work flawlessly in client and server mode  
with mISDN as CAPI layer.

My question is: Is this mailing list the right place to discuss my  
mISDN patches? Or is there a dedicated mISDN mailing list?
