AFAIK this is the mailing list people are directed to by the LCR project, which
has strong ties to mISDN. As such, yeah, it's the right place, but it's also the
first post I've seen in half a year. :)

What were these shortcomings? I mostly use a HFC-based USB card in NT mode to
hook my machine and ISDN phones up to Asterisk via LCR, which is then bridged to
my ISP's VoIP service.

That's mostly working. Surprisingly, I was even able to transmit a fax via a V90
MODEM attached to the ISDN bus via an A/D converter.

The biggest problem I've got with my setup is some kind of echo on the *remote*
side (i.e., the remote side hears an echo of whatever *it* sent out, one to two
seconds after the fact.)

My tests with mISDNcapid were mostly unsuccessful, though, as mISDNcapid is not
supported in NT mode yet - and might never be. I guess your device runs in TE
mode, which is supposed to work mostly fine, and you're focusing on that, though. :)

All this said, feel free to drop anything to the list. Interested parties might
pick it up. Anything's better than letting patches bitrot silently. I'm not
speaking on behalf of any listed projects, though, having no affiliation.
