Yes, you hit the nail on the head: I have only looked at TE mode so  
far, as this is sufficient for the fli4l's ISDN use cases. And the  
ISDN cards used by most of the fli4l users are in fact AVM Fritz!Card  
adapters which (as far as I know) do not support NT mode operation.
