maven2-common-poms

Hi everyone,

While trying to compile the package maven2-2.0.8-3.fc12.src.rpm in
bootstrap mode, I noticed that the build fails to resolve the following
dependencies: apache-commons-parent, activation and javamail.
Downloading the corresponding pom files into
%{_javadir}/maven2/default_poms fixes the issue, but what's the
reason why these poms are not part of the maven2-common-poms package? Is
is due to a license issue? How to automate the build of the maven2 src
package then?
