Do not update to tomcat6-6.0.24-2.jpp5

I've tested the update on my development machine. Certain types of JSPs are 
not beeing successfully compiled with 6.0.24! I filed a bug report for 
tomcat here: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=48701

My advice is to stick with the 6.0.18 RPM until the problem is fixed.
