I'm guessing from the name that hadoop-0.20-0.20.1+152-1.noarch is not a 
package from jpackage ? It might be someone's attempt to try and make an 
RPM package is tied too closely to their non-jpackage java install. If 
this is the case, your best to ask them to have a look at the way that 
jpackage provides jdks and package and Require: what we we provide
