Our mirrors direct users based on their source country to the nearest 
mirror, unless the user is using the fastest mirror plug-in for yum, so 
load varies per mirror

Now our mirror list is created upto demand and that we strongly 
encourage the use of mirrorlist rather than manual mirror selection, 
mirrors leaving is not so much of an issue
