Those are two different forks of package building, with significantly
different layouts of package. It's in fact quite difficult to use 6.0
right now for some OS's such as RHEL 5, because many of those packages
were built with a much more recent version of "rpm" itself and
therefore cannot be installed, as RPM's, on that OS. (This is in a
slow process of repair: I suspect you'll see notes on this list as it
occurs.)

It looks like you need to backport the tomcat6.0.0.26 to version
6.0.24. Are you comfortable doing that? What is your base OS, and do
you need help?
