JDK 1.6.0_21 is out from Oracle, .spec files compatible with JPackage 5 attached

JDK 1.6.0.21 is out: I've attached some updated .spec files compatible
with it. These rely on the use of the jpackage-utils-compat-el5
package to compile gracefully with the JPackage repository for RHEL 5,
due to the oddball jpackage-utils-compat dependecncies in certain RHEL
packages and the updated jpackagee-utils necessary in various JPackage
packages, and subtle differences in their components.

The primary difference in the .spec files is the version number, the
discarding of no longer included license files from the '%doc'
settings, and the addition of non-English README*.html files for the
java-1.6.0-sun package..
