ehcache and ehcache-core parent pom conflict

Currently, the new ehcache-core package and the old ehcache 1.x package
share the parent pom. This causes a file conflict on install.

Because the new ehcache 2.x is using a different artifact id
(ehcache-core instead of ehcache), there was no conflict here.

But I will have to figure out what to name the parent pom/package.
