Cannot submit bugizlla and patch to update java-1.6.0-sun-compat to 1.6.0.27 release

I've submitted updates, tied to another outstand update requirest for
java-1.6.0-sun, but I'd like to get the update for
java-1.6.0-sun-compat published as well. Bugzilla is complaining
about:

Due to the difficulty, I've attached the relevant spec file as not
being too large and worth getting out there ASAP.

Frankly, I'd given up on this sort of update due to the successful
application of the new OpenJDK releases and their support from Oracle
and Red Hat, but I know people still using these so I need to support
them, especially to get good handles on updated ant, tomcat, and other
components for RHEL 5 based operating systems such as Scientificic
Linux (which I am using now by preference.)
