I think there is a miscommunication here, though I'm not sure if it's me misunderstanding your or if it's a build server switch we did long ago. The old joe/joe2 build servers went away some time ago, replaced generously by Will Tatam's jpp.netmindz.net infrastructure. Are you still attempting to use the joe2 one? There may be other issues (the official project stance was still a mock build root of centos5 last time it was discussed) but if you're still trying to access joe2 that is definitely not going to work.
