rsync permissions errors for mirors

Hello,

We have been getting the following errors when trying to rsync from rsync.mirrors.dotsrc.org . I think is related to https://www.zarb.org/pipermail/jpackage-discuss/2012-November/015165.html and https://www.zarb.org/pipermail/jpackage-discuss/2012-October/015157.html . 

It looks like it is failing because the permissions are 700 on the directory instead of 755. See the below output where 'repoview' is the directory that is failing.

The errors are about '6.0/generic/non-free', '6.0/generic/free/repoview', and '6.0/redhat-el-5.0' which all have 700 permissions The full error is this:
