Re: rsync permissions errors for mirors

I tested adding a new top level mirror to see if the issues were on
our end or with dotsrc. It appears to be just a dotsrc mirror, the
ncsu mirror is not having an issue that I know of. Can you try using
it and see if you get the errors you get with dotsrc,
ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/jpackage/ is the ftp/http url.
