Why are you using jpackage-5.0-generic at all? jpacage-6.0-generic is strongly updated in many components, and is itself 4 years old as a repository. rpackage-5.0-generic was created in 2009, the 5.0-updates repo hasn't been updated since 2011. In fact, the 6.0 repository seems oddly short of any updates since... hmm. Last June, according to my mirror site..
