I certainly hope so. But we have to be honest about this?

A pet feature here or there is not what concerns me. I live without the 
zooming icons on the kicker panel. I will live without Baghira if the Desktop 
experience is indeed better when KDE 4.x becomes feature complete. Its the 
package as a whole. The emergency FAQ that I linked to in a previous post 
indicated that the there will be no new features added to the 4.0 series. 
Just bug fixes. For greater feature completeness we'll have to wait till 4.1. 
Which means that kde on Fedora 9 will look and feel the same way as kde 4 
looks and feels right now minus a few crashes. This is not good.
