Unsigned packages on fedora9?

Hi,

I know the kde-redhat page says all kde-redhat RPMS have been
gpg signed but I'm getting lots of unsigned packages w/ apt.
I have imported the kde-redhat key:
  melete|ROOT-22# rpm -qa gpg-pubkey
  gpg-pubkey-ff6382fa-3e1ab2ca

When I try to install the kde packages I get this error:
melete|ROOT-21# apt-get install qt arts kdelibs kdebase

Am I missing something? or are these really just unsigned
packages from the repo?
