Larger VRRP_MAX_VIP

Hi, fellows:

    I have a LVS based system which has many VIPs, more than 20, but I
found that the max amount of VIP are hardcoded to 20, so here's my
questions:

    1. Why is that, what the initial intention was?
    2. If I enlarge it by myself, would it cause any other problem?
