SuSE 9.1, Driverloader and Netgear WG511v2

Hi

Got the Driveloader working fine with a Netgear WG511. Only problem is that
when I shut the lid on my Laptop (a Mitac OEM) which puts the Laptop into
standby the card is not woken up when I open the lid and press <CR> (the GUI
starts again fine). I have tried ifdown wlan0 then ifup wlan0 but cannot get
the card/interface to start again without a r-boot. Any ideas?
