problem getting adapter working in linux

Hey all! I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what this
means.I downloaded and successfully installed thedldrinstall.run file on
Linux Suse personal 9.1 but when it tried to pull up a browser; it could
not.This is the messageI was given. "Can't bind socket:Address already in
use." Does anyone have any idea what this means and how Ican fix it so
that it will work? Any help would be appreciated!!
