Hi,

this error message is generated because a previous instance of the mini
web server in the installer did not shutdown clean for an unknown
reason. If you wait some time, say 10 minutes, this error message should
go away. The time you have to wait is dependent on your system settings.

Instead of trying again, since you have a problem with the graphical
version of the installer, please try the text (terminal) based one that
you can start with the following command instead:

---
sh dldrinstall.run -- --tty
---

The terminal based version of the installer offers exactly the same
functionalities as the graphical one.
