[evlog-dev] evlogrmtd problem with IA64

Hi evlog dev,

evlogrmtd will be seg fault when it is built and run on IA64 platform 
(again realloc need to be declared)

Adding #include <stdlib.h> to the top of the file would fix this. I will 
check in this fix.
