[evlog-dev] nice work Hien, Zhu Yi, and Steve Woodruff finding and fixing bugs in evlog-1.5.0

We are working on the evlog-1.5.1 release with all of the fixes and enhancments
these folks provided.  Unless more problems are unearthed, our goal is end of January.
