Yes, there are much newer versions than LiS-2.13.  You can try
LiS-2.16.18-19.tar.gz from here: http://www.openss7.org/download.html

If you don't have much success with that, I can release LiS-2.16.18-23
that I have successfully built on (and built rpms for) Mandrake 10.0
with a kernel-2.4.25-9mdk kernel package.

The trace you provide below makes your system look really messed up.
I can't imagine why lis_module_info would be defined at line 97 of
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/module.h   Did you mistakenly try to put
LiS in 3rdparty or something?
