LTTV 0.8.62 bugfixes

Hi,

LTTV 0.8.62 fixes the way process statedump and statedump end events are
handled to show consistent data at the beginning of the trace, which is :
"unknown" data until the statedump end event comes. It is especially useful when
knowing that this state is unknown is necessary to have meaningful statistics.

It should still be compatible with the latest 0.5.x series of LTTng. See the
compatibility list for details.
