Hi,

By providing my own version of "monotonic_clock" for x86_64, which uses
the monotonic time of the kernel, I hope to fix the TSC skews seen on
AMD64 boxes with async TSC frequencies. Some testing is welcome. It is
new to LTTng 0.6.79 (don't forget to upgrade the other packages as
well).
