problems to use lttng

Hi there,

I'm experiencing this problem when using lttv:

# lttv -m textDump -t /tmp/trace

** (process:4942): CRITICAL **: cannot open trace /tmp/trace
/usr/local/bin/lttv: line 15:  4942 Segmentation fault      $0.real $*

Looking at the dmesg output (please, see attachment), it seems that I am
losing events, but I don't know how to properly size the buffers (if this is
the problem).
All lttng modules are loaded and debugfs is properly mounted.

Could you guys help me to troubleshoot this problem?
