Hooray! I am super happy you can duplicate the problem, since my only
reason for
being on the bleeding edge of all the alphas and betas is to help out the
project in some small way.
I would be really annoyed if my problem was just due to something I did
wrong!

Meanwhile I am happily running beta1 on my home network. The last few dmesg
files I sent you were generated on an old PC I built years ago.
Nice to investigate the beta2 problems without disrupting my network,
especially my significant other!

I am not surprised that the problem is USB-only, sinc as I reported I
successfully booted the beta2 x86 64 ISO on the same PC that fails with USB.
