Re: occasional logging freezes

I had a similar permissions problem changing to 7.0.2, which was also 
confused by the change from syslog-ng to rsyslog. It's important to have 
USER and GROUP in /etc/logrotate.d/syslog the same as those in 
/etc/rsyslog.conf. I used USER=root, GROUP=adm as they seem to be defaults 
for rsyslog.
