sshd won't start in 7.1.0-rc1

I have been running 7.1.0-beta1 with no problems on my home three-interface
network. After upgrading to rc1, everything looks OK except sshd won't
start. I tried upgrading both with the upgrade utility and by copying over
configdb.lrp and leaf.cfg from beta1 to rc1 with the same results.

I am running:

                       Packages configuration menu

        1) etc
        2) local
        3) dhcpcd
        4) keyboard
        5) shorwall
        6) ulogd
        7) dnsmasq
        8) bbntpd
        9) sshd
        10) ssh
        11) lighttpd
        12) webconf
        13) mtools

Does anyone else have this problem? If there is other information about my
setup that would help, let me know.
