hi.

there's trouble with dns on dnsmasq under heavy load too, at least with 
dnsmasq 2.80 on x86_64. sometimes it crashes, sometimes it just hangs, 
especially when there's troubles with dns resolving (NSes aren't 
responding).

I'll think on monit scripts for it's check.
