Fwd: libcap.so.2 not found

Adding libcap didn't work, but adding both libcap and libcap-tools did
work. apkg -I shows two libcap packages, one is 1.10.3 and the other 2.67,
as well as libcap-tools 2.67.

I am willing to try the latest version to help the team. Usually I don't
see anything, so this time I was surprised when it didn't work. I'll keep
running the newer version unless I see problems. I'd be curious if anyone
else has libcap problems. Even though I have things working, it sure
doesn't look right.
