NTP Crash 7.3.1.1 and perhaps others

   Testing 7.3.1.1

   Getting an intermittent crash - particularly on startup - of ntp.  If I
   manually start it after this, it works.  But I've seen it succeed on
   startup on at least one of my test systems.

   kern.log:Oct 15 09:35:31 192 kernel: traps: ntpd[2697] general
   protection fault ip:7f82e92091b4 sp:7f82e921aa08 error:0 in
   libgcc_s.so.1[7f82e91fc000+11000]

   I found a similar report on Sourceforge from last year.
