Hey dude sorry for the delay with the router part working at least I had to pay attention to a few other things around the house. I am caught up a bit. I got the modules mounted correctly I think. I am looking at modules.dep but it is 1446 lines not 100% sure what I am looking for. Can I grep this? New amd chip and parts on the way so I will be busy again here this weekend. I tried to grep it for Broadcom but it appears to have hung researching. Well I got grep to work I found this firewall# grep bcm modules.dep kernel/drivers/net/phy/broadcom.ko.gz: kernel/drivers/net/phy/bcm-phy-lib.ko.gz kernel/drivers/net/phy/libphy.ko.gz kernel/drivers/net/phy/bcm87xx.ko.gz: kernel/drivers/net/phy/libphy.ko.gz kernel/drivers/net/phy/bcm-phy-lib.ko.gz: kernel/drivers/net/phy/libphy.ko.gz kernel/drivers/net/phy/bcm7xxx.ko.gz: kernel/drivers/net/phy/bcm-phy-lib.ko.gz kernel/drivers/net/phy/libphy.ko.gz Am I correct that 1 of these should be my driver. I assume that the 87xx and the 7xxx are too new. So that should just leave the other 2. Not sure how to tell if 1 is generic or not. I hope I did everything correctly. BTW KVM is setup text is purple but I can live with it. Not sure if it’s a issue with the kvm or the cable oh the fun.
