Well, the credential's are like
1234567890#ispnet * G79jh66P4p

One thing that is noticeable about the dialup data (changed here of 
course) is the # in the username.
But this should not be a problem for pap-secrets, because the fields are 
separated with blanks.

The more I was surprised the quotes made it working in chap-secrets.
