[leaf-wisp] Increasing the / filesystem to 16Mb

Is there an easy way to increase the wisp-dist / filesystem to a total
of 16Mb instead of the default 8?  We assume it is somewhere in the
initrd.lrp config, but a quick hint would be helpful.
