gnome-online-accounts requires gi-docgen after 3.51.0

 From the NEWS file in the source directory of gnome-online-accounts, 
gi-docgen is used to build it's documentation.

Besides, after installing gi-docgen in my system, the 
gnome-online-accounts package end with "no hard-coded metrics for 
'sans-serif'" message. It's a warning message, but unfortunately the 
default build command contains --fatal-warnings option, which is causing 
ninja command to fail.
