I recall the discussion, but not the decision to make the change.

$ grep -r "Installed Library"|grep -v ^archive|wc -l
229

$ grep -r "Installed Program"|grep -v ^archive|wc -l
811

The change is not meaningful. It is too large. I do not want to do it.
