We used to have kdsoap in the book. I can't recall right now why we removed it.
What we had before as optional dependencies was:
libtirpc, samba, taglib, libmtp (external), libssh (external), and OpenEXR (external).
I'm not against adding kio-extras back into the book, but adding several more
external packages is more than I'd like to do.
