Seamonkey-2.53.20: configure script missing in sources

Just in case Seamonkey will stay in the book: it seems that the
configure script is missing in the -2.53.20 sources.  Thus the
"./configure --help" step as described in the book won't work.

Perhaps just a packaging-glitch.  I took the configure script from
-2.53.19 and that worked.
