If you read the links (OK, make that SOME of the links!) behind the POSIX
page list, the suggestion is that all of these:
delta, get, sccs, unget, what
are parts of the SCCS "framework".

Don't 'mesg', 'talk' and 'wall' (from util-linux) reproduce some of the functionality
of 'write' and 'writeall'?
Indeed, man pages on some systems still mention 'write', alongside 'mesg', 'talk'
and 'wall'.
