Cannot compile colord-1.4.7

When I try to compile colord 1.4.7 I get the following:

[222/268] Generating lib/colorhug/Colorhug-1.0...a custom command (wrapped
by meson to set env)
FAILED: lib/colorhug/Colorhug-1.0.gir

Then the long list of what it is currently trying to compile which ends
with:

Couldn't find include 'Json-1.0.gir' (search path: '['/usr/share/gir-1.0',

'/usr/src/sysutils/colord/.local/share/gir-1.0', '/usr/share/gir-1.0',

Which package includes Json-1.0.gir? It isn't in the colord-1.4.7 directory
and it isn't present on my system so I'm a bit lost.
